First sign I noticed: "Shirt and shoes required." Haven't seen that at a library before; has it been a problem? Large angled windows at each end, kids' area on left, adult "sitting room" on right. This is where a staff person told me that the person designing the library made the floor slant slightly in the place where heavy containers must be wheeled to trucks. It didn't occur to me to ask "What if they are coming in?"
