26. Anoka County, Mississippi branch in Fridley

Cement building "of a certain age"--I couldn't readily find the entrance, though it was quite clear once I had located it. I liked the TC Polish Festival exhibit in the lobby. Kids' area was bright, with one large window wall looking out onto a courtyard.
